Refund Policy

Digital services

Flido facilitates the payment of certain bills through the Flido Platform for services offered by Flido business partners who enable their bills to be paid through the platform. Flido also offers digital products such as prepaid recharges for mobile, DTH and data card, as well as movie tickets, bus tickets, hotel reservations, flight tickets, theme park tickets and coupon redemption services. The terms below apply together with other service-specific terms and conditions applicable to Flido Services and the Flido Platform.

A legal disclaimer

Flido is only a reseller of digital products. Flido does not provide mobile operator services and is only a reseller of prepaid mobile recharge services ultimately provided by telecommunications service providers or by other distributors or aggregators of such providers. Flido is not a warrantor, insurer or guarantor of the services provided by such operators.

Prepaid mobile recharge sold by Flido is sold without recourse against Flido for any breach of contract by telecom operators. Any disputes regarding quality, minutes, cost, expiration or other terms of a prepaid recharge must be handled directly between the purchaser (or recharge recipient) and the operator. The same terms apply, mutatis mutandis, to other prepaid recharge products available on the platform, including DTH and data card recharges. Flido is not responsible for any failure by recharge partners in effecting a recharge.

Refund policy

All sales of prepaid recharge on the Flido Platform are final with no refund or exchange permitted. You are responsible for the mobile number, DTH account number or data card information for which you purchase prepaid recharge and for all charges resulting from those purchases.

Flido is not responsible for any purchase made for an incorrect mobile number, DTH account number or incorrect data card information. However, if money has been charged to your card or bank account and a recharge is not delivered within 24 hours of completion of the transaction, you must inform us by email using the customer service email address mentioned on the home page of the Flido Platform.

Please include the following details in your email: mobile number (or DTH account number or data card number), operator name, recharge value, transaction date and order number. Flido will investigate the incident and, if it is found that money was indeed charged without delivery of the recharge, the amount will be refunded within 21 working days from the date of receipt of your email.

All refunds will be credited to the bank account used for making the payment. It may take 3 to 21 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank's policy.

Return and cancellation policy

Flido Tech Private Limited under the trade name of Flido does not sell any physical goods on its website or mobile application. Flido is solely a service provider and therefore any return or cancellation policy is not applicable.
